Will new windows stop the condensation on the inside of my glass?
Usually, but the cause matters. Condensation forms where the interior surface is cold enough to reach the dew point of your room air, and with a winter design temperature of 4 degrees on the books here, a single-glazed or unbroken aluminum window will do that regularly.
A modern unit with a low-conductance edge spacer runs much warmer at the glass edge. If your indoor humidity is high from a humidifier, unvented cooking or a crawlspace, we will tell you that as well, because new glass alone will not fix a moisture source.
Can I get windows replaced in the winter here?
